Homemade protein granola

A quick and high-protein granola to mix up and add to yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Whole oats
  • Puffed rice (use the kind without fillers or vitamins added)
  • Maple syrup
  • Palm oil/cocoa butter
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla powder (optional)
  • Collagen powder
  • Cashew butter

Directions

Mix ingredients in quantities to your liking and allow ingredients to clump together.
