Carob Pear Smoothie

This yummy carob pear smoothie is low in salicylates and amines, vegan and gluten-free. It uses white beans as an alternative option to protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peeled pear
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons carob powder
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons brown rice syrup
  • 1 tablespoons white beans
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (we used rice milk)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or Nutri bullet and blend on high until smooth.
  • Adjust taste or add more liquid if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
