This is probably one of the cleanest bacons out there. I like this product because there are no sugars added. Often, honey is used as a sweetener which is high in salicylates. Also, the applewood smoke doesn't bother me (avoid birch, often used for salmon). It is also free of added nitrates/nitrites. It does use celery powder, which tested high in Swain's 1985 test, but I think because of low quantity, it still has a low salicylate level overall.
