From the vendor

100% Natural 95% Organic Sal Free, Plant Free Facial Cleansing Oil - it removes makeup, even waterproof mascara - NO STING or BLURRY EYES

I too am Salicylate Intolerant and have to avoid a number of foods and cosmetic products. After becoming intolerant I couldn’t find a Natural Free From Nasties Cleanser that my skin could tolerate, so blended my own base product.

This cleanser is free from everything including essential oils, as all of them are naturally high in Salicylates. Rice Bran Oil is the perfect and ONLY replacement base oil that is suitable for those Salicylate Intolerant. Some people can tolerate Safflower, Soy or Sunflower Oils but for me, these are best avoided.

Organic Rice Bran Oil is a natural source of antioxidants which help fight free radicals and aid in slowing down the effects of aging. It is particularly high in fatty acids it is very beneficial for mature, delicate and sensitive skin. It contains proanthrocyanidins which protect collagen and elastin which in turn play in a large part in maintaining the suppleness of your skin.

Using this natural cleansing oil (it comes with the "The Oil Cleansing Method" leaflet) whilst massaging gently into the skin, the skin is nourished and cleansed without "stripping" the skin of its natural oils. Your skin will glow as a result.
