Great idea to brew cacao like you would coffee. I find that this has a milder flavor to coffee or hot chocolate. It is naturally caffeine-free and chocolate is low-salicylate. There are several different roasts/blends that they offer. Make sure to avoid fancy flavors like "pumpkin spice" or similar. We tried the Ghana blend.
I recommend you shop around for the best deal. They do sell smaller packs for samples, which is a great way to see if it will work for you.
