This is a good and easy to find, popular bacon. This bacon is nice because it doesn't use any honey, but actually uses sugar instead. The curing chemicals are standard. One thing I keep an eye on is they type of wood used. So far I haven't had any issues with cherry, hickory, or apple wood.
