⚠ Notes/Caution

Cashews can be well tolerated and have test results from the very low to quite high. Raw is recommend over roasted. I generally can handle about 1-2 tablespoons of cashews without issues, so splurging on a treat like that fits in with my allotment. I even do a little better with cashew butter.
