Thoughts from Low-sal-life

I'm very sensitive to folic acid, including folinic acid and methylfolate, so this is my go-to when I need a B-supplement without folate.

Details from company

  • Recommended use: Adults, take one tablet daily preferably with food and liquid.
  • High-quality B-vitamins without folic acid/folinic acid/methylfolate. I have a really low threshold on those, so this way I can take my Bs more often and add the folate once a week or so.

Thiamin (vitamin B1) (as thiamin hydrochloride) 25 mg 1667%, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 25 mg 1471%, Niacin (as niacinamide) 100 mg 500%, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25 mg 1250%, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 25 mcg 417%, Pantothenic acid (as d-calcium pantothenate) 25 mg 250%, Cellulose, calcium carbonate, modified cellulose gum, calcium stearate, silica.
