Great idea to brew cacao like you would coffee. I find that this has a milder flavor to coffee or hot chocolate. Chocolate is low-salicylate. There are several different roasts/blends that they offer. Make sure to avoid fancy flavors like "pumpkin spice" or similar. We tried the Ghana blend.
