Thoughts from Low-sal-life

When I was closely tracking my macros (and eating less pork), I noticed I never got close to recommended choline levels. Choline is an essential nutrient that we can get from our food, and our bodies can also produce it. It is important for cell structure and methylation. Since low-sal folks don't get a ton of folate naturally from leafy greens, our choline needs may increase. Here is some more information from NIH,

Choline bitartrate, cellulose, stearic acid, organic coating (tapioca maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, sustainable palm oil, guar gum) and magnesium stearate.-
I've also seen it listed as "Choline bitartrate, Cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose & glycerin coating, silica, magnesium stearate, vegetable glaze". Both should be fine, but the top one is more specific and the sunflower, palm oil, and tapioca are all no/low-sal ingredients.
